Odd numbered units are on the first floor and even numbered units are on the second floor.

The lower the unit number, the closer the unit is to the water.

FY 2024 Maintenance Fees are $736.61 per unit week, due by 11/1/2023. Past due fees accrue interest and fees as detailed in the governing documents. Royal Beach Club is not responsible for payment of the fees associated with the unit.

Please contact the owner of the unit regarding their payment status, Royal Beach Club cannot release financial information of a unit to anyone other than the current owner.
